Choosing different themes or styles for your book

This subject will be expanded.

D. Your book color choices: Two options:

Option 1. Choose your background and page color options now (up to 3 combinations, which are able to be selected by your readers dynamically whenever they wish to meet their reading preferences) using the simple selecition guide.

Option 2. Do it later. You have the option to leave this for later and just go with the default scheme choices. You can request to change your schemes at anytime in the future... and it is always just simply clicking checkboxes from the examples and then clicking the Submit button.

another answer you wrote for me

We need three things:

1. Background image (texture): You can get these by googling for background images (hundreds of websites provide them as tools for website builders) or by visiting any website you like and getting theirs. We got our beigetones from visiting the vatican's web site: http://www.vatican.va/

To capture a background image, while viewing the site right click and select "Save background as." It will generally be a jpg file.

2. Page color to accompany your background. This is where your text goes so it needs to be reasonably light (or if you pick a dark color it needs to be dark enough for white font to be readable). Pick this from the selection at http://writeandshow.com/color

3. A dark complimentary color to your "theme." This is the color that your chapter headings appear as. Also pick this from http://writeandshow.com/color

Once you have your theme worked out. Start a new topic here with your color particulars (displaying your background image). Each author can have two themes to choose from. Currently you have beige and blue. Your primary choice will also be accompanied by a "white pages" theme (because some people need that to read on some monitors). This is just your primary theme, but with white pages (and black type).
