After launch,
a. You will see that two panels will open showing directories on your computer. Click the right panel at the top, so that your "focus" is on the that panel:
b. The right panel will now appear a brighter (darker) blue showing that this is where your focus is. Next, click the "Ftp icon:"
After clicking that "Ftp" icon, this panel appears:

a. You will then connect over the internet to the server.
b. When that is complete you will see this panel.
Follow those instructions to open your target directory.
On your own computer, navigate to find whatever folder has the file you wish to transfer.
